Terms and Conditions

1 Offer Terms
These terms and conditions detail the “75% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” offer. Eligible voyages, listed in Section 2, will get a certain percentage off a booking for the co-traveler(s) traveling with the primary Sailor, plus an “Instant Savings” in varying amounts depending on the voyage length and cabin category; see the “Instant Savings” section below.

1.1 Buy One, Get a Discount for a Second Co-traveller
Under the “75% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” offer, Virgin Voyages will provide a total discount of 37.5% off both Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 retail (base) voyage fares when two (2) Sailors book a voyage to sail together in an eligible cabin (see section 3.1 for eligible cabins). Additionally, if there are four (4) Sailors traveling together in one cabin, all four (4) Sailors will receive 37.5% off their Voyage Fare. Eligible cabins are listed in section 3.1.

1.2 Instant Savings
Under the “75% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” offer, Virgin Voyages will provide eligible cabins (see section 3.2) a pre-set discounted amount from the total voyage fare (as noted below). If you book in a currency other than USD, the instant savings will be converted from USD at the time of booking. This pre-set amount will be divided between the total number of sailors within the booking. Pre-set amounts are as follows:

7 - 9 Night Sailings
● Mega Rockstar Suites: $400

● Sea View/Insider: $75

4 - 6 Night Sailings
● Mega Rockstar Suites: $300
● Rockstar Suites: $150
● Sea Terrace: $75
● Sea View/Insider: $50

2. Eligible Voyages
Eligible bookings are those purchased for an eligible cabin (see section 3.1 and section 3.2) on an eligible voyage date between 12:00:01 a.m. local US east coast time on 28 March 2025 through 11:59:59 p.m. local US east coast time on 27 May 2025. Eligible voyage dates are any voyage open for sale on non-charter, open, revenue voyages.

3. Restrictions/Exclusions
The "75% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.

3.1. Eligible Cabins for Percentage Off offer in section 1.1
Only cabins in the Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins, The Sea View, Lock It In Rate Sea View, The Insider, and Lock It In Rate insider cabins are eligible for the percentage off in the ”75% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” Offer. The Sea Terrace Meta Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Ltd View Sea Terrace, and the Lock It In Rate Ltd View Sea Terrace. This offer excludes the Solo Sea View and Solo Insider cabins.

3.2. Eligible Cabins for Instant Savings offer in section 1.2
Except for Lock-It-In rates, the Solo Sea View cabins and Solo Insider cabins, all meta cabin categories are eligible for Instant Savings in the “75% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” offer.

3.3 Charter voyages are excluded from the “75% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” Offer.

3.4. Interaction with the following offers, discounts, or credits

The “75% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” Offer is combinable with the following offers, promotions, discounts, or credits:
● My Next Virgin Voyage Offer
● Resident Rates (Florida, Georgia, Puerto Rico)
● Military and First Responders Rates Offer
● Pay In Full Offer
● Loyalty Offers (earning and redeeming)
● Tour Operators

The “75% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” Offer is not combinable with any other offers, promotions, discounts, or credits.

4. Cancellations
Virgin Voyages’ booking and cancellation policies apply. We reserve the right to modify this offer at any time with or without notice.

“Exclusive Sailor Loot” Offer
Terms & Conditions

1. Overview: These terms and conditions detail Virgin Voyages’ “Exclusive Sailor Loot” exclusive offer (the “Offer”).

2. Offer Details: Virgin Voyages will provide an onboard credit (i.e., “Sailor Loot”) to any passengers (“Sailors”) that book a select Virgin Voyages sailing with our travel agency starting March 15, 2025. Contact our agency for the full list of eligible sailings.

3. Eligibility:

• The offer applies to select open revenue voyages that are at least 121 days from departure. Bookings made within 120 days of departure are not eligible for this “Exclusive Sailor Loot” offer.
• Excluded: Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., charter voyages and contractual Circles are excluded from the Offer).
• Sailor Loot is contingent on the voyage length, booking window, and meta-category of cabin or suite booked. Virgin Voyages will issue Sailor Loot per cabin for Sea Terrace and Rockstar Quarters meta-categories only.

Not eligible for this Offer:
a) Insider meta-category
b) Sea View meta-category
c) Solo meta-category
d) Mega Rockstar Quarters meta-category
e) All Lock-It-In rates

Exclusive Sailor Loot Amounts (per cabin):

• Sailor Loot will appear on the booking confirmation as:
  ○ $50 First Mate Sailor Loot
  ○ $100 First Mate Sailor Loot
  ○ $200 First Mate Sailor Loot
  ○ $400 First Mate Sailor Loot

4. Combinability

The Exclusive Sailor Loot offer is combinable with select Virgin Voyages’ published promotions, including:

• WAVE Offer
• Pay In Full Discount
• Resident Rates
• Military/First Responder Rates
• "Virgin Voyages Sailing Club" Onboard Perks

The offer is not combinable with the following promotions, including but not limited to:

• My Next Virgin Voyage onboard offer/placeholders
• Sail and Save Evergreen Offer
• All Circle/Group Programs
• Charters/Contracted Groups
• Other Sailor Loot Offers (Event Sailor Loot, Exclusive Sailor Loot, Refer a Friend)
• Reduced Rate Programs (Interline, Tactical/Closed Rates, First Mate Rates)
• Giveaway, promotional, or reduced rate Access Keys
• Virgin Red points offer

5. Modifications
Virgin Voyages reserves the right to modify this Offer at any time.
